Just a old fuddy-duddy's complaint that too many interesting bloggers have succombed to Twitter. (I miss Yankeediva's photo/blogs) I personally prefer edited, longer entries over short tweets.
I agree with Vanette. Short messages on Twitter could be worse than the hit-and-run approach used by some professional critics.
Don't worry guys, I'm not going to consider it a substitute for anything I'm doing here. I think it might be a good opportunity for self-promotion, er, reaching new readers. But I'm flattered by your concern.
In other news, I just made Diana Damrau's sauerkraut strudel out of the Die Oper kocht book and it was a DISASTER.
